Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Nexel Studio. Each project also has its own written scope (by email or proposal), which takes priority where it differs.

Scope and pricing

Prices on this website are starting points. The final price, deliverables, number of revisions, and delivery time are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made upfront for single projects and at the start of each period for monthly packages. Ad spend for paid campaigns is paid by the client directly to the ad platform.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times start once we receive payment and all the material we need (footage, brand assets, access). Each package includes the number of revisions stated in its scope; extra revisions or changes to the brief may be charged separately.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights to any footage, music, logos, or other material you send us. You own the final delivered files once paid in full. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to improve your results, but views, engagement, sales, and ad performance depend on many factors outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific numbers.
